Terms and Conditions for Return and Refund Policy
Customers have a 7-day window after receiving the products to request a return or refund in the event of regret or dissatisfaction.
1.1. The products must be returned within 7 days from the date of contacting us to request a return. The items should be returned in the same condition they were received, which means they must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
1.2 In case of a return due to withdrawal, the shipping value will not be refunded, as the product was shipped as previously requested in the order.
In the event of product damage, customers have 7 days to request a replacement. If there are any missing components in the package, customers have 30 days to inform us and request a resolution.
